Our Accommodation/Tenancy services are designed to meet the unique needs of each individual, with a focus on personalized support and a person-centered approach. We work closely with our participants, their support networks, and other stakeholders to ensure that our services are tailored to their individual needs and preferences.

Our Accommodation/Tenancy services include:

• Assisting participants in finding suitable accommodation: We work with participants to identify their housing needs and preferences, and then assist them in finding suitable accommodation options, which may include private rentals, shared housing, or supported accommodation.
• Assisting participants in securing accommodation: Once participants have found suitable accommodation, we assist them in securing it by guiding them through the application process, ensuring that they meet the landlord’s requirements, and providing any necessary references or letters of support.
• Assisting participants in maintaining their accommodation: Once participants have secured their accommodation, we provide ongoing support to help them manage rent payments and bills. We also offer assistance with cleaning, maintenance, and other tasks necessary to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
• Assisting participants in transitioning to new accommodation: If participants need to move to new accommodation, we assist them in making the transition smoothly by helping them find new accommodation, securing it, and providing support during the move.
• Providing support to participants experiencing housing crises: In cases where participants are experiencing housing crises, we provide support to help them find a safe and secure place to live as soon as possible.
